1. I placed an order yesterday, Where is it?

Every Samisha order is lovingly picked and packed by hand, and this hasn’t changed. What has changed is that most shipping carriers are experiencing delays on their end due to high order volumes and social distancing restrictions. We estimate it’s about 1 week from when you place your order to when you receive it.

2. When will I get my package once its shipped?

At the moment, our processing times are back to normal. It takes about one to two business days to pick and pack your order, and then we ship generally via DHL Express. Orders get delivered in 7-8 business days.

3. I want to track my order, how can I?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of order placement and delivered in max 7-8 days in normal working days. We sent a tracking mail once an order is shipped, you can click on tracking link and get your order details.

4. I have a tracking number, but my order shows no movement. When will I get it?

Don't be worried if your tracking number says that it has no information yet: it can take at least 48 hours to activate on the carrier's end. Due to a high volume of orders, shipping carriers may take even longer to activate the tracking information and unfortunately we have no control over this part of the process.

5. How do I change or cancel my order?

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.

6. Can I change my address after my order has been placed?

Reach out to our Customer Care team immediately. You can send mail to info@samishaorganic.com. We'll make every effort to change the address information as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
